Carrots "Shred Shred"

Japanese follows English.

This is "Carrots Shred Shred," a local dish in Okinawa. As always, it's easy to cook and my recipe this time was as follows:
  1. Shred a carrot🥕.
  2. Put the carrots and canned tuna in a pan and stir-fry them.
  3. Season them with bonito dashi powder, salt and pepper.
  4. Add green beans and briskly stir all the ingredients.
Usually Okinawans add eggs and stir all the ingredients briskly until the eggs are scrambled and they don't add green beans, but this is a homemade dish, which means I can add anything I like and cook as I like as long as it's yummy😋!

By the way, the Japanese name of the dish is "ninjin (carrot) shiri shiri." Shiri means shred. That's why I named the dish "Carrots Shred Shred"😁
