Simmered Potato with Kelp and Aburaage ジャガイモの煮っころがし

I was so busy working😂. So, I made this because as always, it's easy to cook. You just need to put every ingredient in a pot and simmer them in a bonito dashi broth! The recipe is as follows:
  • Cut ingredients, i.e., potatoes, carrots, aburaage, green beans and kelp.
  • Put every ingredient but green beans in a pan.
  • Add water, bonito dashi stock powder, soy sauce and mirin.
  • Simmer them until the potatoes are tender.
  • Add green beans and turn off the heat  
As always, it's filling but contains almost no oil (only aburaage's oil)!!

ジャガイモの煮っころがしです。具材を鍋に入れたら煮るだけの簡単メニューです。油はほとんど含まれておらず(油揚げの油だけ)、でも食べ応えはありますよ!
