Stir-Fried Summer Vegetables and Pork 夏野菜と豚小間の炒め物

This is stir-fried vegetables and pork! It's a little fattier than meals I usually make, but because of the use of a variety of summer vegetables, it's still very healthy! The recipe is as follows:
  • Put thinly sliced pork in a bowl and add sake, soy sauce, sesame oil and katakuriko (potato starch) in the ratio of 1:1:1:1.5.
  • Cut carrots and bell peppers into strips. 
  • Put chopped garlic in a pan and stir fry it with sesame oil. 
  • Add carrot strips. When they soften, add pork slices. 
  • When the pork browns, add bell pepper strips.
  • Adjust the taste with soy sauce and pepper. 
I enjoyed the taste, (garlic) smell and color😋!!

夏野菜と豚小間の炒め物です。炒めるだけなんですが、事前に豚肉に醤油と酒で味付けし、片栗粉をまぶしておくのがミソです。味、(にんにくの)香り、色、全てを楽しみました😋!
