Tuna and Carrot Salad ツナ缶とニンジンのサラダ

This is a canned tuna and carrot salad. I made the salad to enhance my appetite. (I've lost my appetite because of the recent heatwave🥵 in Japan.) As always, it's easy to cook:

• Drain canned tuna (or mackerel).
• Sprinkle shredded carrots🥕 with salt and drain them.
• Mix the mackerel, the carrots, and a spoonful of lemon juice, a half spoonful of honey and pepper.  

Its sweet and sour taste has enhanced my appetite😋!

ツナ缶とニンジンのサラダです！夏バテ🥵で食欲落ちたので作りました。水切りしたツナと塩もみした千切り人参を、レモン汁、はちみつ、塩コショウと和えるだけ。酸味と甘みが絶妙です😋！
