It was Friday and I was hungry yesterday, so I made this, deep-fried chicken with a fried egg and pickled cabbage. I'd marinated the chicken with oyster sauce, ketchup and turmeric. The chicken went well with not only rice but red wine🍷!

昨日は金曜日。そしてお腹が減っていました。そこで作ったのが鳥のから揚げ。でも一味違います。ソース、ケチャップ、そしてターメリックに付け込んでおいて揚げました。白飯のみならず。赤ワインにもあいました🍷。
