- Stir-fry sliced tomato in a pan with olive oil.
- When the tomato is half-cooked, put an egg in the center of a pan.
- Season with salt, pepper, cheese powder and dried basil.
So far, this isn't a Japanese dish, but after eating all the sliced tomato, I put white rice in the soup! The author of the book says that she always dips bread in the soup🍅 I wanted to have a glass of red wine, but didn't. It's still Monday....😂

トマトのポワレです。図書館で借りた本の中にレシピがありました。スライスしたトマトをフライパンに並べて焼いて、火が通ってきたら真ん中に卵を落とすだけ。味付けはシンプルに塩、コショウ、粉チーズ、バジルです。ここまでだと和食ではありませんが、最後に白飯を入れて食べました🍅。本当は赤ワイン飲みたかったのですが、月曜なのであきらめました。。。😂
