I usually stir-fry the leaves with katsuo bushi (bonito flakes) with sesame oil, seasoning with soy sauce and mirin (sweet cooking sake). You can use these pre-prepared radish leaves for another dish, like omelettes.

大根葉の炒め物です。大根自体も好きですが、今日来た大根は特に葉がわさわさしていてワクワクしました。かつお節とゴマ油で炒めました。我が家の常備菜です。
