It's so hot in Japan, so I made a salad of tomatoes and steamed eggplants and bell peppers with black sesame seeds! Unlike salads I usually make, I dress the salad with the dressing made with grated garlic, grated ginger, sesame oil, vinegar, soy sauce, and mirin. Don't forget to cool both the salad and dressing in the fridge and put the dressing just before eating.

A tip for keeping gingers fresh longer is to keep them in water in the fridge and change the water every few days.

暑いですね。そこで蒸し野菜サラダを作りました。茄子、ピーマンを蒸してトマトと和え、食べる直前に、生姜、ニンニク、ごま油、酢、醤油、みりんで作ったドレッシングと黒ゴマをかけるだけ。
ちなみにしょうがを長持ちさせる方法ご存じですか。使ったら水に入れて冷蔵庫で保存するだけ。2~3日に一度水を変えたら新鮮なまま長持ちしますよ。
