I made UNROASTED roast beef and ate some slices yesterday. And today, I made this sandwich. I put spread made with yogurt, mayonnaise, horseradish and the soy sauce based soup used to make the roast beef and topped with sliced tomato and onion and boiled mustard spinach. As usual, easy and quick. I love it!

昨日、「きのう何食べた？」で紹介されていた「なんちゃってローストビーフ」を作り、半分食べ、今日は残りでこのサンドイッチを作りました。ヨーグルト、マヨネーズ、ホースラディッシュ、そしてローストビーフ作りで使ったしょうゆだれを混ぜ混ぜしただけのペーストを塗って、ローストビーフ、トマト、タマネギ、小松菜をのっけるだけ。お勧めです。
