Green Eggplant Steak　青茄子のステーキ

This is a steak of a ball-shaped "green" eggplant. I made a steak of a ball-shaped usual eggplant ten days ago and the recipe is the same!
  • Slice an eggplant 2 cm thick.
  • Score each of the sliced eggplants.
  • Fry them in a pan.
  • While the eggplant is being cooked, make a sauce as follows:
    • Mix miso and mirin (or if unavailable, sugar and water) in a bowl.
    • Heat the mixture in the microwave for ten seconds or so until well mixed.   
  • Put the sauce on the eggplant.

緑の丸茄子のステーキです。10日ほど前に普通の丸茄子のステーキを作ったのですが作り方はそれと同じ！2センチぐらいの厚さに切って焼き、甘みそ（味噌＋みりん）をかけるだけです♬
